Dive Worldwide still has availability on a week-long singles-only diving holiday in Grenada, departing London 7th September 2008. Go on, take the plunge!

The Spice Island of Grenada lies at the southernmost tip of the Windward Islands, just 100 miles from Venezuela. For divers, Grenada is known for spectacular walls and wrecks, with sharks, turtles, lobsters and giant Moray Eels gliding against the backdrop of soft coral forests, striking reefs and sponges. There are a wide variety of dive sites including the Bianca C, known as the ‘Titanic of the Caribbean’, representing an ideal challenge for technical wreck dives. True Blue Bay Resort is famed for the warmth of the owners and their welcoming staff who ensure guests get the most out of their stay and quickly become friends and part of True Blue’s extended family. The hotel’s superb waterfront restaurant specialises in Caribbean and Mexican food. Here, guests can relax with a refreshing Margarita or try the famous grilled lobster or speciality nachos. Aquanauts Dive Centre is a 5-star Gold Palm resort and one of Grenada’s leading dive operations. With an excellent fleet of purpose-built boats and full range of PADI courses, divers of all abilities are well catered for.

KIDS STAY FREE - ALL-INCLUSIVE SUNSET WATERS BEACH RESORT - CURACAO – NETHERLAND ANTILLES

Throughout July and August Dive Worldwide is offering a ‘Kids Stay Free’ special at the all-inclusive Sunset Waters Beach Resort in Curaçao. 7-night holidays depart London daily throughout the summer holidays.

Formed from volcanic limestone on which coral has been growing for centuries, the Caribbean island of Curaçao is a scuba diver’s paradise. There are over 65 pristine dive sites including one of the island’s most famous dives, the ‘Mushroom Forest’. Appropriately named due to the countless eroded star coral outcrops, which rise up from the sandy bottom resembling giant mushrooms. Turtles and Nurse Sharks are frequently spotted here, either finning along the reef or with their heads tucked beneath ledges. But let’s not forget the kids, Curaçao is particularly family-friendly with lots of fun attractions, including one of the biggest Ostrich farms outside Africa, and a Dolphin Academy, where visitors of all ages can swim, snorkel or dive with these extraordinary creatures. Sunset Waters Beach Resort comes up trumps too with mini-golf (there’s a mini tournament each Friday), kayaking, tennis and basket ball, a fabulous freshwater pool to make a splash in and one of the best beaches on the island. The resort also has its own dive centre, with some of the best Curaçao diving, including the ‘Mushroom Forest’, just minutes away by boat.

The holiday costs from £1,599 p/adult and £815 p/child (ages 12 years and under) including scheduled flights, airline taxes and fuel surcharges, transfers and 7-nights all inclusive accommodation at the Sunset Waters Beach Resort in a Superior Double Room with 2 Queen beds (children 12 years and under stay free if accompanied by an adult).
